Technical Tours

We offer guided tours visiting rubber-related factories and facilities in Tokoname and the surrounding area. Please select one of the following three tour courses according to your preference.

Date: November 5 (Thur), 2026, 12:00-17:00 (JST)
Fee: 7,000 JPY

*Registration will close once capacity has been reached.
*Please note that your selected tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
*Participant information (such as name, title, and affiliation) will be shared in advance with the tour venues. Please make agreement of offering your information when you apply for technical tour.
*There might be a case that the application is turned down at the tour venue’s discretion.

How to register

First, create an account, click the “Register Now” button, and complete the registration form.
After completing your registration and payment of the registration fee, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email within 60 minutes, please contact the Registration Office.
All payments must be made via credit card.
Credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., the secretariat office.
Students are required to submit their valid student ID to register as “Student”.
Please make sure to save your ID and password.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellation of the Registration fees.
