Participants who have completed pre-registration

• Your participant QR code, certificate of participation and receipt can be downloaded from your My Page.
• Please bring your participant QR code with you (either a printed or a digital copy) as it will be scanned at the Registration Desk in order to print your name card.
  The participant QR code is available on your My Page.

Participants registering on the day of the meeting

• Please register on the day of the meeting using your own smartphone or PC onsite. Payment is by credit card only.

Please wear your name card

All participants are requested to wear their name card at all times in the conference venue.

Official Language

All sessions will be held in English. No interpretation services will be provided.

Abstracts

Abstracts will be posted on the online system. Please log in to your “My Page” to view the abstracts for each session. They are scheduled to be available from late October.

Food and Beverage

Lunch

No lunch will be provided. Please feel free to use the food court and food trucks available at the venue.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee will be available in Room M3 during the breaks.

Conference Kits

Conference kits will be distributed to registered conference participants.
